SFEDM's visitors are some of the San Francisco Bay Area's most passionate edm fans -- by advertising on the site you will be reaching the most frequent event attendees and probably the most influential musical taste setters among their circle of friends. SFEDM is also one of the most niche-specific local event listings sites (whereas other sites cover all SF nightlife, mostly mainstream clubs and bar playing hip-hop, top 40, mash-ups, etc.). Finally, unlike most of your other options for promoting an event, SFEDM is transparent and honest about its traffic data (see realtime stats below).

Ad purchase process, details, terms and conditions

  • All ads are "sponsor" type (not CPM or CPC), meaning your ad will be displayed on every site visit for the entire duration of your ad buy.
  • Ads will randomly and evenly rotate position among the limited number live slots, but will not rotate out of view.
  • There are a limited number of ad slots available, so once they are sold out, you will have to wait for another ad to expire before purchasing yours.
  • Your ad graphic will have to be approved before going live (usually within 24 hours). Full refund if rejected.
  • Your ad buy duration will not begin until ad is approved.
  • We reserve the right to reject ads for any reason.
  • Ad purchases will receive a private link to view ad perfomance stats (allow up to 24 hours for stat updates).
  • Payment is accepted via PayPal. Contact us for alternative payment methods.
  • In lieu of cash, we're open to trades for guestlist spots/tickets, some of which we may use for contests to help promote SFEDM.
  • No refunds except in the case of prolonged server/site outage.
